Mrs. Pearson earned a Masters of Health Science Rehabilitation Degree from the University of Florida. She holds a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE),Florida Division of Workers Compensation Qualified Rehabilitation Provider and is a Board Certified Master Counselor.
Mrs. Pearson has over 16 years experience in the delivery of employment services and vocational evaluation services to people with barriers to employment. She has experience in the private and non-profit sectors as a Director,Case Manager,Consultant and VocationalEvaluation Coordinator. She provides leadership and oversight to all aspects of the Miami-Dade and Monroe County rehabilitation services programs. Mr. Pearson holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Journalism from the University of Florida. He as over 20 years experience in job placement, sales, marketing in Miami-Dade County. Mr. Pearson, has extensive training in the American Disabilities Act, Employment Law, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. During his longevity in the local market for job placement, he as amassed an extensive and diversified employer database.
